Production Manager

Home Goods, a leader in manufacturing, seeks a Production Manager to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. In this role, you will lead production teams, coordinate schedules, and optimize workflows across our manufacturing lines. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance to improve processes, reduce downtime, and support new product introductions. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, experience with Lean or Six Sigma tools, and proven leadership skills in a fast-paced industrial environment focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing floor operations to meet production targets
• Implement and monitor quality control standards and KPIs
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to optimize workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff and shift leads
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance on process improvements
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/6
