About this PositionAs a part‑time or full‑time clinician (PA/NP) you will join a high‑performing team and deliver patient‑centered care in a collaborative environment. You will have access to our proprietary CarbyOS EHR system, which is designed to reduce administrative burden and enable focus on clinical work.
Your RoleAs an essential member of the clinical team, you will provide outstanding medical care while working as part of a supportive, high‑functioning team.
What You’ll Do- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform standard urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes, with immediate access to supervision when needed.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain smooth clinic flow (average 4‑5 patients per hour).

Qualifications- Pharmacist Assistant:
Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. - Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
- Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT certification obtained prior to start date, with training and exam fees covered by the company.
- BLS certification required before first day.
- Base salary range: $96,330 – $171,225 annually (full‑time). Part‑time base: $64,220 – $89,180 at 2 shifts per week.
- Compensation includes hourly rate, wRVU bonus plan, weekend differential, and productivity bonus up to 28% of base salary.
- Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, learning and development programs, and paid time off.
