Provide best-in-class guest service and supervise Sales Associates in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations for store associates and training store associates in all aspects of their job responsibilities;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals in the POS system and manage bank deposits;
Maintain store appearance and merchandising per company guidelines and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and stocked;
Supervise staffing levels and approve payroll / time off in accordance with company policies
