B2B Sales Executive — Outdoor Amenities

Salary: $50K base plus commission incentives

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to grow corporate leads and drive new revenue. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling outdoor amenities and related services to commercial and institutional clients. You will be working closely with the design team assisting customers with acquiring beautiful play scapes and custom outdoor spaces.

  • HOAs & corporate campuses
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting commercial and institutional buyers. Identify new opportunities in multifamily, education, healthcare, municipalities, and commercial campuses. Build pipeline through cold calling, networking, events, email outreach, and referrals.

Sales Execution Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs. Present customized solutions aligned with property and capital goals. Manage proposals, pricing, negotiations, and closing.

Client Relationship Management Build long‑term relationships with key decision makers (VPs, Facilities Directors, Property Managers, Developers). Partner with design, project management, and installation teams to ensure delivery alignment. Act as a trusted advisor on outdoor space enhancement strategies.

Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasts. Track KPIs including leads, opportunities, and revenue. Share market insights to support go‑to‑market strategy.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B sales experience (commercial products or services preferred). Proven success generating leads and closing complex deals. Strong consultative, solution‑based selling skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Comfortable with cold outreach and industry networking. Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and events.

Preferred Experience

Outdoor amenities, construction‑related, or built‑environment sales. Familiarity with municipal procurement and capital planning cycles.
