Hotel Security Officer

Securitas is hiring an Overnight Hotel Security Officer in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you will patrol hotel interiors and exteriors, monitor access points and CCTV, and respond to alarms, disturbances, and guest incidents. You will enforce safety and security procedures, write clear incident and daily activity reports, and work closely with hotel staff to support a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of hotel property on overnight shifts
• Monitor access control points, cameras, and alarms to protect guests, staff, and assets
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies, following Securitas and hotel procedures
• Provide professional, customer-focused assistance to guests and hotel personnel
• Document incidents and daily activities in accurate, timely written reports
• Enforce site safety, security, and fire-life safety policies
• Collaborate with hotel management and Securitas supervisors on security concerns
• Maintain high standards of appearance, conduct, and confidentiality
