We are seeking a part‑time/full‑time skilled epoxy flooring technician/installer who has in depth knowledge of the epoxy flooring industry or someone who has experience working with their hands and has a creativae passion to learn new skills.

This is a field role which requires a motivated self‑starter who can hit the ground running, learn quickly, and master our technique and installation process, overcome challenges and generate results. We are a busy, team‑oriented epoxy floor installation company that is based out of Howell, NJ. We specialize in epoxy floor installation for residential and commercial markets. We pay top dollar for the right team players and will train.

• Install decorative flake flooring systems
• Install storage systems and cabinets
• Help move clients’ belongings in and out of their space
• Ability to keep accurate truck inventory
• Vehicle maintenance and cleanings
• Focus on installation accuracy
• Keep tools organized and clean tools when needed
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Maintain excellent rapport with the client

• Previous experience working in a “hands‑on” environment with some technical knowledge/experience.
• Must be willing to learn in a rapidly growing and changing industry
• Ability to work outside during summer and winter months
• Has a valid drivers license with reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and move around heavy machines
• Organized and reliable
