This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Howell, NJ. The Service Technician will inspect, diagnose, and resolve drainage issues in residential and commercial properties, including cleaning and clearing sinks, tubs, toilets, and sewer lines. Daily responsibilities include operating drain cleaning equipment, performing routine maintenance on tools and vehicles, and documenting services performed. The role involves traveling to customer locations, assessing site conditions, explaining recommended solutions, and ensuring work areas are left clean and safe.

Service Technicians will interact directly with customers, provide clear communication about findings and repairs, and support the team in delivering reliable, timely service.

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills to service drain, sewer, and pipe systems effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose drainage issues and identify appropriate solutions.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience to work independently at customer locations and manage on-site tasks.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, build trust, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess general Maintenance skills to care for tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for travel to job sites.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or drain systems preferred; prior experience in drain or sewer service is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded, with the ability to follow procedures and local regulations.
