Behavioral Assistant

Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is seeking Behavioral Assistants to provide services on a per‑diem basis, working with at‑risk youth and families across the state of New Jersey. The role does not require a caseload; service hours typically range from 2‑4 hours per week, conducted in the client’s home or community settings.

• Stabilize the child’s behavior that led to the crisis referral
• Prevent or reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization
• Prevent relocation of the child’s residence

The Behavioral Assistant implements behavioral intervention strategies as outlined in an individualized service plan developed by a licensed clinician. Tasks include working one‑on‑one with youth and families to apply these strategies in real‑world settings.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a social services related field
• At least one year of experience working with at‑risk youth one‑on‑one with behavioral intervention strategies
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with privileges in good standing

Position type:
Full‑time/Part‑time, per‑diem.
