Miller Dedicated Services is immediately hiring for a CDL A Driver out of Howell, NJ. The driver will be operating a Sleeper Cab with automatic transmission and will be transporting a mix of dry, perishable, fresh, and frozen foods using a refrigerated trailer (No Touch – pre‑loaded trailer and live unload).

• Starts Sunday or Monday night at 9 PM, then the driver will do one trip every other day.
• If starting Sunday, then the driver will run again on Tuesday, then Thursday.
• If starting Monday, then the driver will run again on Wednesday, then Friday.
• Starting day adjusts based on customer volume; end of month typically gets busier.

• Drivers arrive at Howell, NJ at 9 PM and immediately check in with the shipping office to get load assignment.
• Depart to the Buffalo, NY area (and/or extra deliveries in the Buffalo area) by 5:00–6:00 AM the next morning.
• After delivery, check with Operations/Dispatch to see if there is a need for a backhaul.
• If yes, head to load backhaul, take a 10‑hour break, deliver backhaul, then return the empty trailer to Howell, NJ.
• If no, head back toward Howell, NJ, but will need to take the required 10‑hour break along the way back.
• Return empty trailer to Howell, NJ.

Pay Range: $0.60–$0.65 per mile.

• 2 + years of professional CDL A driving experience
• Ability to be out for two days per trip
• Typical trip includes one delivery to the Buffalo, NY area (possibly 2–3 drops with $25 each after the first drop)
• Backhaul possible ($50 for backhauls)
• Sleeper Cab experience
