The Marketing Specialist & Office Ambassador plays a dual role, supporting the day-to‑day office experience while leading local customer‑facing marketing activities in the region. This role is responsible for planning and executing campaigns and events, supporting local sales and partner engagement, maintaining strong operational follow‑through, and creating a welcoming, polished in‑office experience for employees, customers, and guests.
What You Would Do- Develop, plan, and execute full‑scale local marketing campaigns and events.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager for all activity correspondence, including but not limited to invitations, landing pages, social media, etc.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders with clarity and timeliness.
- Coordinate the distribution of invites with the local sales team.
- Maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and venues.
- Accurately estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Track campaign and event expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Document all campaign and event details in the appropriate internal channels.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans, conduct project post‑mortems, and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to align local event strategy with larger marketing objectives and consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the Channel
Alliance Manager on partner funding requests, claims, proposals, invoices, and proof‑of‑performance requirements tied to events and campaigns. - Support targeted outreach to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage campaign setup and closeout steps, including expense tagging, event records, and supporting documentation in tools such as Click Up and Net Suite.
- Analyze event effectiveness, attendee engagement, feedback, and follow‑up opportunities to improve future programming and execution.
- Support local sales efforts through presentation updates, bid assembly, partner‑facing materials, and other regional marketing support as needed.
- Foster strong working relationships with the local sales team and OEM partners.
- Stay current on industry trends, customer engagement ideas, competitor activity, and relevant sales enablement insights.
- Provide the Area Vice President and VP of Marketing with regular reporting on field marketing activity, event performance, customer engagement, and optimization opportunities.
- Champion PDT focus and outcome paths in how campaigns, events, and customer experiences are planned and delivered.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office, and direct them to the appropriate person, meeting, or workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service to everyone who interacts with the office, promptly and professionally handling questions and issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and organization across reception, meeting rooms, shared spaces, and the kitchen.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and shared equipment, including items for use in the kitchen and conference room.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors or contractors for repairs and general upkeep as needed.
