White Castle is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor at the Vandalia Plant to assist the Quality Manager, monitor raw materials through finished products, and ensure compliance with USDA and FDA specifications.
You will lead the Quality Team, develop and enforce food safety programs (HACCP, SQF, GMPs), perform inspections, train staff, and drive continuous improvements in quality and food defense. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
