White Castle is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor at the Vandalia Plant to assist the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Control Program. You will monitor raw materials, production and finished products to ensure USDA/FDA specifications are met, and provide guidance on quality, food safety, HACCP and GMP to the team.
The role requires a degree in food science or biology, 3–5 years in production methods and root cause analysis, and strong knowledge of SQF, FDA and USDA
