Assistant Store Manager

Ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who brings energy, accountability, and a passion for customer experience to the sales floor.

You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager, help lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and step into full store leadership when needed.

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, sales, and merchandising
• Lead the store and team in the Store Manager’s absence
• Coach, train, and motivate associates to drive performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer connections
• Assist with scheduling, inventory awareness, and operational standards
• Help protect company assets and ensure operational accuracy

• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience (footwear/athletic retail preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first mindset with a passion for customer service and selling
• Self-starter who leads by example
