As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in ensuring daily operations run smoothly while exceeding customer service expectations. Your role includes sales focus, team management, and operational oversight.

• Maintain high‑quality day‑to‑day on‑site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist in recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling.
• Effective P&L management: monitor chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Handle cash management: daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address all customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand your knowledge base.
• Pursue further growth through educational/training opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de‑escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers.
• Capability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
• Present professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
