Burlington - 5545 Executive Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and engaging with customers and associates;
Maintain a safe and secure store environment with attention to detail and strong communication;
Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote loss prevention and customer service;
Gather and document indicators of external theft and coordinate with store and field leadership and local law enforcement as needed;
Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of associates in shortage reduction programs and participate in semi-annual inventory processes
