Team Leader

Support the site’s facility and operations, deliver excellent customer service, boost sales, and maintain quality standards while leading a small team.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive first impressions.
• Educate customers about our Unlimited Wash Club and engage them pre‑and post‑wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Perform quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Lead the team to exceed service standards and address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and accountability in all responsibilities.
