Average pay range: $20 to $24 per hour, with bonuses and spiffs.
Position:
Retail Assistant Manager (new hires only, excluding promotions).
- Conduct administrative duties at the store.
- Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily.
- Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
- Move and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
- Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.

- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Background check required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
