• Ensure effective delivery of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), reactive calls, and small works for Fire & Security Systems.
• Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs, and installation of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and related equipment to relevant legislative and qualitative standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Participate in company‑initiated training to keep up‑to‑date technical knowledge.
• Work under Health and Safety requirements and contribute to Accident Reporting and RAMS as required.

• Previous experience in a similar Fire & Security Systems role, handling PPM, reactive calls, and small works.
• Knowledge of service test and inspection standards/codes, including fault‑finding techniques.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Commitment to Health and Safety legislation and High‑Risk Work standards.
