Building Trades Operative
University of Huddersfield is hiring a Building Trades Operative based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, Yorkshire, UK.
Job type:
Full time. Status:
Permanent.
Hours:
37 per week. Salary: £27,560 – £31,512 per annum.
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance, minor repairs, and small works across University buildings and grounds.
- Perform general building maintenance.
- Handle drainage and grounds repairs.
- Conduct limited decorating tasks.
- Support safety and security on campus.
