Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000 DOE | OTE £45,000. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. A company van is provided.

As a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, you ll carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs across multiple sites, ensuring customers receive an exceptional finish with minimal disruption.

• Completing SMART repairs to vehicle paintwork, bumpers, alloy wheels and minor body damage.
• Preparing damaged panels for repair and refinishing.
• Mixing and colour matching paint to achieve manufacturer-quality finishes.
• Carrying out localised paint repairs using SMART repair techniques.
• Managing your daily workload across multiple customer sites efficiently.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring your mobile work area remains clean and organised.
• Delivering excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
• Following all health, safety and quality standards at every location.

We re looking for an experienced Mobile SMART Repair Technician / SMART Repairer / Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer who is passionate about delivering first-class cosmetic vehicle repairs.

• Previous experience carrying out SMART repairs within a bodyshop or mobile repair environment.
• Strong paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing skills.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple daily appointments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
