SMART Repairer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a SMART Repairer located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Duties:

Execute high-quality SMART repairs, including preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all vehicle makes
Undertake windscreen repairs and other cosmetic repairs as required
Ensure all repairs are completed within agreed timescales while maintaining high-quality standards
Efficiently operate and maintain workshop equipment
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
Deliver excellent customer care and support the team to provide a first-class service

Requirements:

Proven experience in the Bodyshop or Smart Repair trade
Fully skilled with demonstrated workshop experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent team working and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
