At Chippindale Plant Hire, we're looking for an experienced Plant Mechanic/Fitter to be part of our growing team, maintaining and servicing our diverse fleet of plant & machinery. Working on-site in Huddersfield, your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring our equipment stays in peak condition.

What you'll be doing:

· Hands-on servicing & maintenance of a wide range of plant and construction equipment.

· Diagnosing faults and performing repairs or component replacements to ensure machinery is always operational.

· Carrying out defect inspections and providing detailed diagnostic reports.

· Maintaining a clean, organized workshop environment.

· No two days are the same! You may be called upon to tackle new challenges as they arise.

What we're looking for:

· You hold an NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent, with hands-on experience as a Plant Fitter maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing plant & construction equipment.
