Customer-Focused Estimator Role

As an Estimator at Gerber Collision & Glass, your responsibility includes managing the customer experience during vehicle repairs. You'll create detailed estimates, ensure compliance with insurance requirements, and guide customers throughout the repair journey.

Your role also involves collaboration with team members to meet KPIs, enhancing the efficiency of the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and document detailed damage estimates

• Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly

• Uphold compliance with all insurance requirements

• Engage in productive team communication

• Participate in health and safety meetings as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent

• At least 1 year experience with DRP protocols

• Basic computer skills are necessary

• Commitment to I-CAR training completion

• Current valid Driver’s License
