Available Roles- Infant Teacher working with 3- to 15-month-old children
- Toddler Teacher working with 1-year-olds
- Preschool Teacher working with 3-year-olds
- Lead and Assistant Teacher opportunities pending education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education
- Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available
- Optional Four-day or five-day work week!
- $19.00 – $24.00 per hour;
Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
- Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
- Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
- Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 9 months of experience working in a licensed early childhood education program
- Preferred education would be a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field
OR
a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
OR
a Massachusetts EEC certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
- Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
- Must pass required background checks
