We’re looking for a unique individual interested in carpentry and construction — someone who can bridge the gap between engineering, drafting, estimating and procurement in a custom commercial millwork environment.
We are a growing architectural millwork company delivering high-quality interiors for commercial projects including corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and retail. This role is ideal for someone who understands how millwork is designed, priced, engineered, and built — and enjoys being involved early and deeply in the process.

- Perform detailed material, hardware, and labor takeoffs
- Build and analyze estimates using Microsoft Excel

- 5+ years of experience in custom commercial millwork
- Solid understanding of millwork construction methods, materials, and hardware
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

- Personable and easy to work with across departments
- Humble enough to ask questions, ask for help, and know what you don’t know
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows things through
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- You’ll have real ownership across the preconstruction life-cycle - estimating, engineering material procurement
- Your work will directly impact profitability, production efficiency, and quality
- You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, the shop, and leadership
- Stable company with a strong reputation and steady pipeline of work
- Competitive compensation based on experience
If you’re someone who enjoys thinking through how things get built and what they cost, and you want to work with a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and good people — we’d love to connect.
