Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and VMWare Host Setup, deploy commander and systems tool configurations.
• Experience in maintaining system integrity and remote system management.
• Strong working experience on Linux/Windows OS dealing with driver/FW development/debugging.
• Good understanding on Client CPU/x86 Architecture (preferred) or other modern CPUs System on Chips (SOCs)
• Basic knowledge in pre-silicon validation areas like emulation, FPGA prototyping
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hardware and software engineering teams for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain development tools, design software, and simulation environments used by HW engineers and SW developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address IT needs and requirements specific to HW and SW engineering projects.
• Monitor and administer server infrastructure, compute clusters.
• Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches for development tools and design software in coordination with engineering schedules and requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support HW and SW engineering teams in utilizing IT systems and tools effectively.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and innovation capabilities of HW and SW engineering teams.
• Strong technical/problem solving skills with strong written/verbal communication skills.
