CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Hudson, MA. We are seeking dependable caregivers who are ready to provide compassionate, respectful care and support clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
