Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a liaison between the company and customers by responding to inquiries, managing orders, and resolving complaints.

* Review and release new contracts and modifications.

* Monitor test and delivery schedules to ensure contract compliance.

* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, production, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure contract requirements and delivery timelines are met.

* Maintain accurate contract records throughout the contract lifecycle.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* B.S. in Business Administration or equivalent

* Strong attention to detail.

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook

* Knowledge of government contracting a plus

Salary Description

$23-$25/hour
