  • Monitor material availability, identify risks to program schedules, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) to optimize material flow and inventory health.

Procurement & Compliance:

  • Execute compliant procurement actions in alignment with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and flow‑down requirements.
  • Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotes, and support cost/price analysis for defense procurements.
  • Manage purchase orders, track supplier performance, and expedite critical materials to support schedule adherence.
  • Support DD254 and DD250 compliance for classified, controlled, or government‑furnished materials.
  • Track supplier delivery schedules, identify risks, and coordinate recovery or corrective action plans.
  • Work with logistics teams to optimize transportation costs while ensuring hazardous and regulated material compliance.
  • Support supplier performance management initiatives, including OTD improvement, quality actions, and risk mitigation.
  • Identify supply chain inefficiencies across planning, procurement, and logistics workflows.
  • Support cost‑reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and long‑term strategic agreements.
