Position: Buyer/Planner ( local candidates only)

Are you a supply chain professional who enjoys balancing procurement strategy, inventory planning, and supplier relationship management? We are seeking a Buyer/Planner to play a critical role in ensuring the timely procurement of materials and components that support production and business growth.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and suppliers to manage inventory levels, optimize purchasing processes, and drive supply chain efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and building strong vendor partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage purchasing and planning activities for a variety of components, including metal, plastic, PCBA, sub-assemblies, and turnkey products.
  • Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules and customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate purchasing terms, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, expedite critical orders, and proactively address supply chain challenges.
  • Obtain competitive pricing and identify opportunities for cost savings, improved quality, and enhanced supplier performance.
  • Analyze demand trends and inventory requirements to support forecasting and procurement strategies.
  • Maintain purchasing data, supplier records, lead times, and blanket purchase agreements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive efficiencies across procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Support quality and compliance initiatives in accordance with ISO 13485 and applicable industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory planning, or materials management.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self‑motivated team player who can work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus.
Why Join Us:
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on manufacturing and supply chain performance.
  • Collaborative team environment with visibility across operations and production.
  • Diverse responsibilities that combine procurement, planning, vendor management, and process improvement.
  • Growth‑oriented role with opportunities to contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives.
