Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Borg Design Inc. seeks a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipments, inventory movement, and logistics for precision CNC machined components. In this quality-driven manufacturing environment, you will schedule carriers, prepare documentation, verify counts, and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries for aerospace, medical, and industrial customers. Collaborating with production, quality, and customer service, you'll resolve shipping issues, maintain accurate records, support continuous improvement, and uphold strict packaging and traceability standards in a fast-paced shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound and inbound shipments for machined components
• Schedule and communicate with carriers and freight providers
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels, and packing lists
• Ensure accurate counts, packaging quality, and damage-free delivery
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery or routing issues
• Maintain inventory and shipping records in ERP or tracking systems
• Collaborate with production and quality to meet customer deadlines
• Support continuous improvement in shipping, packaging, and logistics processes
• Comply with customer, aerospace, and internal traceability requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping/receiving area
