We are seeking a results‑driven Quality Manager to lead and elevate our Quality function. You will drive AS9100D and ISO 9001 compliance
, ensure product excellence, mentor the QC team, and partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce defects and improve processes.

• Own and improve the AS9100D / ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead internal and external audits with authority
• Implement quality control standards across production
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive initiatives
• Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs) and inspections using CMM
• Collaborate with Production & Engineering to improve processes and reduce defects
• Lead, mentor, and develop QC Inspectors; build a culture of precision and continuous improvement

• 7+ years of quality leadership in CNC machining, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 standards and QMS management
• Expertise in audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and inspection methods
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ quality professionals
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills

• Certification or formal training in AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015
• Experience in US-based aerospace manufacturing environments
