Bindery Associate

We are looking for multiple Print Finishing and Bindery Operators to join our production team. If you have experience in bindery and finishing and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

• Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Pay rate $20ph

Overtime:
Shifts are primarily M–F, but some overtime and occasional Saturday/Sunday hours will be required based on production needs.

Equipment Setup & Operation:
Set up and run equipment typical of the print and mail industry, including Folders, UV Coaters, Perfect Binders, and Saddle Stitchers.

Precision Cutting:
Operate large guillotine paper cutters for press sheets up to 13"x19", 23"x29", and 28"x40".

Digital Printing:
Operate digital printers and booklet makers.

Project Management:
Handle multiple priorities under the pressure of tight deadlines and delivery dates.

Communication:
Send and receive production updates via Microsoft Outlook.

Teamwork:
Assist with hand assembly and other duties as assigned by management to ensure a quality final product.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Bindery/Finishing experience is required (2+ years preferred).

Technical Ability:
Proven ability to set up and operate digital print finishing equipment.

Attention to Detail:
Ability to read and comprehend complex work orders to ensure accuracy.

Communication:
Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and use Microsoft Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Availability:
Must be able to work overtime as required.
