We’re hiring an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. No experience? No problem. We provide hands‑on training and clear opportunities to advance.

In our job shop environment, no two days are the same — you’ll work on a variety of parts, prints, and setups while learning the foundations of precision manufacturing.

• Operate CNC and/or manual machines (with supervision and guidance) using work instructions and job travelers
• Load and unload parts and raw materials safely and efficiently
• Follow routers and basic blueprints and build confidence reading instructions and measurements
• Inspect parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Deburr, clean, and mark parts so they’re customer‑ready
• Monitor machine performance and communicate issues early — you’ll never be on your own
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures

• Reliable and ready to show up (dependable and punctual matters here)
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn new skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Proud of doing things right — you have attention to detail and quality
• Able to stand for extended periods and work on your feet

• Manufacturing or shop experience
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools
• Any exposure to CNC machining or a job shop environment
