The DAVIS Companies in Hudson, MA is seeking two detail-oriented Lapping Operators for a temp-to-hire production position. You will run one to two machines, measure parts with precision, and ensure an even, high-quality finish on small and delicate components.
Training on first shift precedes a move to the 2nd/split shift. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent hand-eye coordination, and strong attention to detail.
