Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative, patient-centered practice in Hudson, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a patient panel while working within a supportive team of NPs, DNPs, and one supervising physician. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
  • Practice with a high degree of autonomy, applying evidence-based decision-making and strong clinical judgment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care.
  • Use AI-assisted documentation and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collegial, respectful, and supportive team environment.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification in Massachusetts.

  • Exceptional communication and clinical reasoning skills.
