Role and responsibilities. Overview.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across primary care and internal medicine.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising or consulting physicians.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests or therapies within state and federal scope.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, medications, preventive care, and lifestyle management.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other providers as needed.
• Document care accurately and thoroughly in Epic.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical best practices and organizational policies.

• Active NP or PA licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Master's degree in Nursing (NPs) or Physician Assistant Studies (PAs).
• Current DEA registration and state prescriptive authority.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

• 3 or more years of clinical experience.
