Key Responsibilities- You can independently set up inspections and determine the optimal approach for each part.
- You’re comfortable calling out nonconformances and following up until corrective actions are effective.
- You document meticulously and generate clear, complete inspection reports.
- You perform final inspections, functional tests, and first article inspections with confidence.
- You tackle first-piece inspections on intricate parts and verify vendor-supplied items meet specs and certifications.
- You’re fluent with micrometers, height stands, surface plates, gauges (thread, plug, plating thickness), hardness testers, optical comparators, and gauge blocks.
- You can assist with and further develop capability to conduct NDT per T9074-AS-G1B-010/271 and perform MT to ASTM E1444 and NAVSEA
-271. - You write technique sheets and execute magnetic particle inspections per ASTM E1444.
- You create technique sheets and carry out liquid penetrant inspections to applicable specifications.
- You’re ready to support vendor audits and, after training, accept vendors on-site.
- You keep your area organized and uphold all safety and health rules.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training
- 4–5 years of inspection experience
- Level II NDT Certification in VT, MT, and PT to SNT-TC-1A and/or NAS 410
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and related software
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks based on business needs
- Serve as a key provider of mission-critical defense components and systems across air, land, sea, and space—recognized for niche capabilities, quality, and reliability.
- Design, manufacture, and build-to-print products that are innovative and cost-conscious.
- Enable DoD, Prime, and Foreign Military customers—and the U.S. warfighter—to accomplish their missions.
