Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and positivity
Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits according to DSD Merchandising Principles
Capture display photos via the Digital Merchandising Initiative (DMI)
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays according to negotiated plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM)
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or ability to earn a GED while gaining the skills
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
Hudson, MA - Availability for 2-3 weekdays and one weekend day
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Capable of managing store visits, implementing promotional displays, and communicating insights using Salesforce.
