Inside Sales Representative II is responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through great customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate SENKOs winning business model and value position.
  • Oversee the entire order life cycle, from quotation to shipment, ensuring smooth and efficient processing at each stage.
  • Manage and process customer purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to
    ** escalate issues appropriately when necessary.**
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on order schedules and lead times or shipments.
  • Demonstrate effective communication across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and drive business success.
  • Monitor sales activities to identify and respond to upward and downward trends.
  • Understanding of product applications and deployment to better support customer needs.
  • Ability to proactively recommend products or alternatives based on customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Handle and respond to customer technical inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer experience with a focus on problem solving.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly by collaborating with the Quality Assurance team and by following our ISO procedures.
  • Manage and respond to both incoming and outbound calls, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers.
  • Promote and sell standard products effectively using established sales techniques.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of CRM data.
  • Willingness to travel with sales members as needed for customer support.
  • Generate and provide sales reports as requested.
  • Understand and uphold company quality objectives in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Provide training for new sales members as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
