Farm Maintenance Technician

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temp-to-hire Farm Maintenance Technician with an innovative indoor vertical farming company in Hudson, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting daily operations in a clean, fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in keeping production equipment running efficiently while helping maintain the facility.

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on production, packaging, and farming equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Support general facility maintenance, including sanitation, organization, and upkeep of work areas.
• Work closely with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient daily operations.

• Previous maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and complete preventative maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
