We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HVAC Project Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of residential HVAC projects from start to finish. This role is critical to ensuring installations move smoothly, inspections are completed on time, customers stay informed, and our installation teams have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC installations, inspections, and service appointments while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with installers, technicians, warehouse staff, permitting, operations, and local building departments to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Track project milestones and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM, ensuring all permits, equipment information, and required documentation are complete.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, assist with project logistics, and support additional administrative and project coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration (HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Starting at $22-24/hour+, depending on experience.
