We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This full-time role is perfect for someone with solid computer skills, experience in shipping logistics, and a strong understanding of inventory tracking systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately
- Schedule shipments with carriers and ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Verify incoming materials and inspect for accuracy or damage
- Maintain up-to-date records in inventory management systems
- Use computer software to print labels, update shipment tracking, and manage logs
- Organize and maintain shipping/receiving areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
- Strong computer skills familiarity with inventory or
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Experience scheduling carriers and managing shipment documentation
