CPI Composite Structures Division specializes in the design and production of high‑performance radomes and composite structures for defense and commercial applications. We support aerospace platforms such as aircraft, ground radomes, and maritime radomes to ensure reliable communication and radar systems.

We are hiring an on‑site Stockroom Attendant & Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our Planning organization at our Hudson, Massachusetts facility. The role will support manufacturing operations, manage material handling, oversee shipping, track scheduling and deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Load and unload trucks using proper lifting equipment.
• Receive, track, and monitor shelf life, store, and distribute or transfer materials.
• Perform data entry for received materials, edit inventory quantities, and maintain sign‑out sheets.
• Organize kit hardware and materials.
• Transport parts and materials by company vehicle.
• Crate and package finished parts.

• Proficient computer skills:
  Excel, Word, Email. Microsoft Access a plus.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and follow verbal direction.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with forklift and crane operation.
• Knowledge of industrial supplies, hazardous materials, and tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Salary range: $24.00–$26.00 per hour.
