Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour (DOE)
Location: Hudson, NH 03051 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 3-Month Leave of Absence Coverage
Seeking a Customer Service Shipping Coordinator to support domestic and international shipping operations while providing backup customer service support. This role is responsible for order processing, freight coordination, shipping documentation, customer communication, and front office administrative support.
Responsibilities Shipping & Logistics- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including routing, scheduling, and tracking.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and international paperwork.
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and invoiced on time.
- Provide freight quotes, expedited shipping options, and tracking information.
- Investigate and resolve shipping, delivery, and transportation issues.
- Generate shipping reports and maintain records in Quick Books.
- Follow ISO procedures and perform shipping inspections prior to release.
- Handle customer and sales representative inquiries via phone and email.
- Process orders and set up new customer accounts.
- Support special requests, including custom orders and color matching.
- Provide SDS documentation and maintain delivery performance records.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and communicate order changes proactively.
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and lead times.
- Greet visitors and provide front office coverage.
- Process incoming mail and packages.
- Run and distribute daily production reports.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, shipping, logistics, or order processing.
- Experience with Bills of Lading, freight coordination, and shipping documentation preferred.
- Strong computer skills;
Quick Books experience is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience supporting both internal and external customers.
