Fire Alarm Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

This position is located at our Hudson, NH location.

Looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused administrative professional with experience coordinating schedules, managing service requests, and providing exceptional customer support. Skilled in dispatching field personnel, handling high call volumes, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while delivering excellent service and supporting team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and prioritize incoming customer service calls
• Schedule fire alarm service appointments
• Dispatch approximately 16 technicians to customer sites
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Provide customer support and service updates
• Maintain records and perform general administrative duties
• Assist management with additional administrative assignments

• Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
