Technical Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to support our field service team and business clients.

• Schedule on-site service appointments with customers via phone and email
• Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch service calls
• Enter contracts, orders, and service information into SAP and CRM systems
• Create and manage work orders, invoices, and customer documentation
• Work closely with sales and field technicians to ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with billing and customer account inquiries as needed

• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service, dispatching, or service coordination experience
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and managing communication through email
• Ability to multitask across multiple software programs and work efficiently with dual monitors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma required;
  Associate degree preferred
