As an RF Test Technician IV, we will look to you to be a leader in the testing department while performing high‑level troubleshooting for a variety of electronic RF devices. The bulk of these duties will be performing tests and tuning chip and wire technology on state‑of‑the‑art RF electronic assemblies and subassemblies for the Department of War. The devices we create are designed to save American lives on the battlefield and to give our troops a technological advantage over adversaries.

- Launching and testing circuits in fixtures to specifications
- Biasing FETs and/or transistors
- Proficiently testing and tuning standard catalog amplifiers from 10 MHz to 18 GHz
- Participating in continuous improvement and team building activities; maintains productive working relationships with all team members
- Applying RF fundamentals, including RF gain, gain flatness, gain matching, return loss, P1 dB compression, phase/phase tracking
- Being proficient in RF theory and principals
- Testing for gain, gain flatness, noise figure, VSWR, P1 dB, IP3 and phase
- Calibration of test equipment
- Tuning and troubleshooting
- Operating test equipment such as DC power supplies, RF signal generators, scalar and network analyzers
- Understanding DC theory (Ohm’s Law)
- Following ESD procedures
- High School Diploma
- 5‑7 + years relevant experience
- Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Ability to obtain US DoW Secret Clearance
- Associate’s degree in EE, EET, or similar
- Preferred experience in tuning RF thin‑film circuits

Salary Range- $50,600.00 – $ annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD, or TX, and all remote employees
- $56,700.00 – $ annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH, or MA
- $59,700.00 – $ annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in NJ
