Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri), 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift is a plus. OT Expected:

Job Description The Electronics Engineering Technician provides technical support in research, design, and development environments. This role involves circuit design support, RF testing and debugging, troubleshooting complex electronic systems, and assisting engineering teams with testing and performance analysis. Responsibilities
* Construct, modify, and support the design and development of complex electronic circuits
* Perform calculations to determine circuit values and achieve required performance specifications
* Select and specify components for electronic systems and subsystems based on operational requirements
* Troubleshoot and test complex electro-mechanical and electronic assemblies using specialized test equipment
* Utilize computer-aided design and analysis tools as required
* Develop test requirements and procedures for electronic systems and subsystems
* Conduct tests and experiments, analyze results, and recommend design improvements
* Compile, review, and present engineering data to support project objectives
* Support planning and execution of complex performance evaluation tests
* Perform RF testing and debugging activities
* Support additional engineering and technical tasks as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
* Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent, OR military technical "A" school training
* Minimum 4 years of directly related experience
* Experience with RF testing and debugging
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex electronic systems
* Experience using electronic test equipment and diagnostic instruments
* Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
* Experience with computer-aided design and analysis tools
* Knowledge of electronic system integration and testing
* Strong communication and technical documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and within engineering teams
