About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) to join a collaborative clinical team in Nashua, NH. This permanent position focuses on performing high-quality cardiac ultrasound exams under physician direction to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The role requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and a patient-centered approach. This opportunity also includes relocation assistance up to $3,500 and a $16,500 retention incentive paid out over three years .

What You’ll Do:

Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations for interpretation by cardiologists or radiologists. Assist physicians during invasive ultrasound procedures as needed. Prepare, operate, and maintain cardiac ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal image quality. Review physician orders and requisitions to confirm correct exams and protocols. Accurately document all studies and ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and collaborate with care teams to ensure a smooth exam process.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited sonography program . Cardiac ultrasound certification through ARDMS or CCI (within required timeframe). BLS certification required. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality patient care. Equivalent education and relevant clinical experience may be considered. Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
